Services

What I do, in detail

Six services in two areas: marketing consulting for companies, and affiliate marketing for brands and publishers. Each one is described below with what it includes, who it suits and what you receive at the end.

Marketing consulting

Clear decisions about where marketing money goes

01

Strategy session

For founders and managers who need an outside view on a specific marketing question.

A focused online meeting about one problem you want solved: which channel to start with, why sales stalled after an ad campaign, how to position a new product, whether an agency proposal makes sense. Before the call I look at your website, the materials you send and any figures you can share, so the time goes into answers rather than background questions.

What it includes

  • a short questionnaire before the meeting;
  • a review of your site, offer and current channels;
  • the consultation itself by video call;
  • follow-up answers by email for a week.

What you receive

  • a written summary of the recommendations;
  • three to five next steps in order of priority;
  • links and templates where they save you time.
02

Marketing audit

For companies already spending on marketing that are not sure what works.

A structured review of your marketing as a whole: where visitors come from, what each channel costs, where people drop off before buying and whether the numbers in your reports can be trusted. The goal is a simple picture of what to stop, what to keep and what to try next.

What is checked

  • analytics and conversion tracking set-up;
  • search visibility and the pages that bring traffic;
  • paid campaigns: structure, targeting, cost per sale;
  • landing pages, offers and the path to purchase;
  • email and returning-customer activity.

What you receive

  • an audit report with findings for each channel;
  • a prioritised action list with the expected effort;
  • a call to walk through the results with your team.
03

Ongoing advisory

For teams that run marketing in-house or through contractors and want a senior point of view on a regular basis.

A monthly arrangement in which I act as an external marketing lead: helping set goals, reviewing plans before money is spent, checking contractors' work and reading the results with you. You keep full control of decisions and budgets; my role is to make those decisions better informed.

Typical tasks

  • quarterly goals and a channel plan;
  • briefs for agencies, freelancers and designers;
  • reviewing campaigns, content and reports;
  • help with hiring marketing staff or contractors.

How it runs

  • regular calls at an agreed frequency;
  • questions by email between calls;
  • a monthly summary of results against goals.

Affiliate marketing

Partnerships where everyone is paid for real results

04

Affiliate programme launch

For brands and online shops that want partners to promote their products on commission.

Setting up an affiliate programme from the start, or rebuilding one that has stopped growing. We begin with the economics: what commission your margins can carry, which partners fit your audience and how long a referral should count. Then the technical side and the first partners.

Steps

  • choosing an affiliate network or an in-house tracking tool;
  • commission levels, cookie duration and payment terms;
  • programme terms and a partner welcome pack;
  • tracking tests before launch;
  • outreach to the first partners.

What you receive

  • a live, tested programme;
  • written terms and partner materials;
  • a list of target partners and outreach templates.
05

Publisher growth

For owners of blogs, review and comparison sites who earn, or want to earn, through affiliate links.

Advice for the content side of affiliate marketing: picking a niche with real demand, choosing programmes with fair terms, planning content readers actually want and measuring which pages earn. Honesty with readers is part of the method, because trust is what keeps a content site earning.

What we work on

  • niche and keyword research with an income estimate;
  • comparing programmes and commission terms;
  • content plans for reviews, comparisons and guides;
  • affiliate disclosure and platform rules;
  • link tracking and earnings per page.

What you receive

  • a niche and programme shortlist;
  • a content plan with priorities;
  • a simple dashboard of what earns.
06

Partner management & channel review

For brands with an existing affiliate programme that want more from it.

A review of an affiliate channel that already runs: which partners bring new customers and which only collect commission on sales that would have happened anyway, whether coupon and cashback partners are worth their cost, and where fraud or tracking gaps hide. Can be followed by ongoing partner management.

What is reviewed

  • partner mix and their share of sales;
  • commission rules and attribution;
  • suspicious traffic and order patterns;
  • communication with partners and their materials.

What you receive

  • a channel report with clear recommendations;
  • revised commission and partner rules;
  • an optional monthly management plan.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe your situation in a few lines. I will suggest the format that makes sense, or tell you honestly if you do not need consulting at all.
